Located in the village of Sandilands, nestled between the National Trust Nature Reserve, the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust Wetland and moments from the glorious Sandilands Beach. The lodge provides the perfect location for a peaceful getaway , with attention to detail throughout. If you love the great outdoors, this lodge is your perfect destination. As a self-catering lodge it’s complete with cosy underfloor heating for the winter months. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, Netflix, Prime and internet access. However we must stress due to its location, internet access can be patchy occasionally, so if you need to conduct daily zoom calls with Alan Sugar, it might not be the best choice.The Lodge has one double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is parking facilities directly outside the property. - Dogs are allowed, ideally one well behaved. Sandilands Beach is dog friendly all year round. Please note the owners who live on site have two dogs ( Dutch Shepherd’s ) both very friendly, they WILL come and say hello , if you have a small, nervous or aggressive dog this will not be the spot for you. Exactly one mile flat walk along the Promonade to the lovely unspoilt Sutton on Sea. Close to the market towns of Alford and Louth with their weekly markets.
