Summary: I never received the promised email with check in instructions and code for entrance lock or bedroom lock. I had to Google the hotel when we were outside training to get in and eventually got instructions over the phone bus WhatsApp. The lock itself was complicated and fussy so that it took four attempts as you have a very narrow time window to enter the code.
