Lovely, bright and spacious 2 bedroom flat (sleeps 6) a stones throw from the Castle! The flat has amazing views south over the Pentland Hills. Just renovated for Airbnb & therefore an ideal retreat for a stay in the Old Town for every sightseeing attractions in Edinburgh!

The apartment is professionally cleaned and hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries will be supplied.

The space
The apartment is much nicer than in the photos as it has been redecorated and renovated!

The flat consists of light and spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, one bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is really cozy but with two spacious bedrooms and also a huge sofa bed on the living room so three couples can sleep easily.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

**There is quite the climb up the stairs to the apartment so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
