This summer we have our newly renovated house available. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a very large living room with fireplace invite you to relax. All rooms are located on one level.
If the large garden with saltwater pool is not enough to enjoy, the fine sandy beach of the fishing town of Gandia can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The house is located in a beautiful and safe area between the cities of Valencia and Alicante (about 45 minutes by car).
All around there are a large number of small cafes and restaurants, as well as a few supermarkets and fashion shops, which are easily accessible by car (about 6 minutes).
Pine forests and orange groves invite you for a walk, while the promenade in Gandia offers more excitement.
