Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is in Puerto Marina, a popular complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and it is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
Apartment Description
The apartment has one double bedroom with en suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The apartment also boasts a large outdoor terrace with built in Bar-B-Que and a retractable canopy for shaded relaxation. Air conditioning / heating are included with a metered supply. The apartment has fibre optic broadband and English TV included.
Although the bathrooms are not fully wheelchair accessible, the apartment is served by a ramp from street level making it accessible for persons with limited mobility
Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas
The apartment has a large outdoor terrace that gets both sun and shade throughout the day. There is a built in Bar-b-que for guests use and a retractable canopy for shade.
Our apartment is in Puerto Marina which has 3 swimming pools two of which have disabled access. We are situated between two of the pools, turn left from the terrace for pools one and two and right for pool three. Plenty of variety for sunbathing or swimming. We provide a variety of sunloungers for our guests for terrace or pool use, all we ask is that you bring the loungers back from the pool area at the end of the day. Please note that glass in any form is not to be taken to the pool areas.
Living space
The apartment has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The living room has 2 very comfortable chairs and a large sofa, 6 seat dining table, TV and high speed internet. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay including washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher along with a selection of utensils and tools for the bar-b-que outside
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms in total. One double bedroom with illuminated makeup mirror and en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms sharing the other shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and UK usb adaptors and there are two good size digital safes for guests' use in the master bedroom and bedroom 3.
A travel cot is provided for our smallest guests along with a removable side barrier for one of the beds to prevent younger ones falling out.
Apartment Location.
Our apartment is in one of the most popular complexes in the area, gated, secure , private and very conveniently within walking distance for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no real need for a car if you prefer. There is even a wheeled shopping cart for the supermarket runs. Lidl, Aldi , Mercadona and Consum supermarkets are a short walk away. The 525 Plaza is a short walk away with a multitude of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
