Plenty of privacy in the villa due to the layout, the fact that the villa is not overlooked and is not on a main road. Pool area has artificial grass to avoid burning your feet and making it comfortable for toddlers. Barbeque area nicely tiled with plenty of garden furniture. The villa is extremely child friendly.
