Summary: In general the 'hotel' is well run but in reality it is just a pub with rooms. The outside space is littered with cigarette ends, especially around the door. The staff are friendly and there were three reasonably priced real ales on the bar. The only real let down was the breakfast service. The menu is very limited and there were no cold drinks. The service was slow and on my final morning, non-existent. I waited to be served for about 20 minutes but no staff appeared. I had to buy a sandwich on the ferry. The wi-fi was very good downstairs but very poor in my room.
