Summary: Clean room in big hotel. In-hotel restaurant appreciated. In the UK bed cover is a synthetic doona (comforter) in a cover with no top sheet. There is no way to regulate sleeping temperature, no alternative cover such as blankets. I find the doona far too hot, I can't sleep under it. My only option is remove the doona and sleep under just the cover. Check in terrible! The automated booths are hopeless, would not accept my details, apparently because I don't have a UK postcode, Then would not accept my booking number. Fortunately the staff were helpful.
