Positive: I love how clean and cozy the room is. The location is super walkable to so many of the scenic places in the city. The lovely cleaning lady helped us find the right address, since the reception was awful. They have been accommodating by communicating with us to prolong the stay as we had to cancel one of our trips. Luckily the two stays we are going to have could be joined to be one long one and the rooms happened to be the same.

Negative: How come the correct adress of the accommodation is NOT on the site? COME ON. The reception was 700 meters away from the given adress (which was WRONG) and a gift shop which seems awfully shady. The receptionist kept insisting that the check-in adress is stated in important information here on Booking, but WHY, not send this information to the guest with the welcoming message they send with how to check in? Once again: 1. Wrong adress on the site. They run several accommodations with different addresses across the city it seems like. 2. The check is in a soap and scent shop? Doesn’t even have a sign that says that it’s afflicted with the accommodation.

Summary: Fresh and neat, if you’re able to get past the hurdle of getting the correct adress.
