Positive: The decor was the lovely Great use of space with the double beds in bedrooms Kitchen a nice size and nice enclosed back garden Communication with staff was great and dealt with an issue immediately. The whole house is beautifully decorated very homey And use of WiFi! Loved the tea/coffee station

Negative: The mattresses where very hard Not enough cups/cooking supplies where minimal No parking available as a very busy built up area Very steep stairs Bath water never got hot enough Sofa bed in lounge very squeaky and not overally comfortable
