Villa with 5 bedrooms, composed of two floors, fully equipped, with 3 toilets, private pool of 8x4 and salt water, land with 1200 m2 all is fenced and with plenty of outside space to relax and enjoy the sun, an outside dining area covered with a shed , garden with grass, palm trees, shade trees and fruit, has terraces covered around the house and a terrace on the first floor with sea view, has barbecue next to the kitchen and another barbecue area in the garden, parking for 4 or 5 cars with access by electric gate, dining table for 8 to 10 people, two living rooms, one in common with the kitchen with near 60 m2 and another lounge upstairs.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, combined refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water jug, magic wand, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, as well as dining table for 10 people and pantry.
The main living room on the ground floor is open plan with kitchen and has LCD television with free box and wireless as well as books, has two sofas and fireplace. Still on the ground floor we have three bedrooms, one en suite, two with double bed and one with two single beds and another family bathroom.
Upstairs we have a lounge with a double sofa bed, plus a sofa, zone with desk to use your computer and two armchairs for reading area, two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds and family bathroom.
In the months of June, July, August and September the rental of the house is made the week, from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in from 16h and check-out until 11h. There is some margin to negotiate these times or the days of entry, depending on the occupation and availability.
In the rest of the year, it is intended to rent full months or the minimum of 7 nights.
The house can be rented in total as T5 and maximum capacity of 12 people, or rent only the ground floor with capacity for 6 to 7 people
Prices in the summer are between 300 and 450 euros per night, depending on whether you rent just part of the house or the whole, in the winter to combine, in the value is included:

Bed and bath linen;
Sun loungers and lounge chairs by the pool;
Cleaning before and after stay.
Pets are welcome and have the additional cost of 50€ (single payment).
The location is very quiet and has privacy, sea and countryside views, ideal to rest, located 1 km from the village of Cacela where you can do your shopping has restaurants, cafes, market, supermarket, shops, mail and train station, several beaches nearby (Manta Rota, Cacela Velha and Fábrica 2.5 km, Altura 3.5 km, Monte Gordo 7 km).
