Positive: Location is amazing, apartment (no 7) clean, spacious, soundproofed, aircon and amazing view (4th floor). Lift was working thank goodness. I would have given this a ten without the points below, the last being a deal breaker that spoiled our stay.

Negative: The entire process is automated via an app that takes ALL your personal details and credit card info and doesn't tell you what they do with it after (worrying about ID theft). There were no details of entry codes till 3pm on the day, so don't book early checkin. Few items available in the kitchen and some were chipped, yet if you read the T&Cs they have major charges for damage so I had to photograph literally everything at the start and end in case I got charged. I had to buy my own loo roll and we were only there for three days! The real dealbreaker though was that we requested and paid for 'sleepy sunday' late checkout at 4pm so we could have a lazy lunch at a posh city rooftop garden. We weren't notified until 9am on Saturday (but email read at 9pm Saturday night as we'd been out!) that the request was refused and we had to be out by 10am sharp. It stated I had been refunded but it has still not been returned to my account (nor the security deposit). So all our plans for Sunday were stuffed as the left luggage company they use had no availability and the nearest one would have cost us £90. So we basically lost a whole day of our stay, with virtually no notice and had to go home early. Not happy.

Summary: gorgeous apartment but terrible management processes unless you know how they work ahead of visiting
