Positive: Amazing value for money. Huge place with a nice pool in a lovely setting.

Negative: Very little toilet paper provided. There are two properties next to each other and if you haven't hired both then you can be annoyed by noise made from the other one (constant music playing outdoors). The drive there is along narrow, rough and steep roads. It can be done by any car with a decent driver, but nervous drivers may have an issue. My mattress had a zip on the cover which was in an uncomfortable position.
