Positive: Location is superb; quiet and secluded yet right in the centre of Louth, perfectly placed to access the town's amenities. The house is charming; recently renovated, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The garden is delightful with many spring bulbs and flowers. The owner met us on arrival and was readily available if needed
