Summary: Like staying in a retirement home where it hasn't been updated in 40 years. Smelt like a care home. Clearly not renovated in many years. Steam room out of order, spa bath did not work, changing rooms were soaking wet and dirty. Half the lockers did not work. Hotel left a note to say you would have pay additional fees if you did not clean the room after use... not what I expected when I booked an apartment in a spa hotel.
