The spacious living area has a 50inch smart tv where you can login to your favourite streaming apps and comfy seating and makes for the perfect place to kick back and relax in after a busy day out in the area.
Leading through to the modern kitchen, the space is filled with natural light. The kitchen has all integrated appliances and all the basics for cooking your home cooked meals. The bi-fold doors lead out onto the back patio & garden which guests can enjoy.
There is a wc off the kitchen.
Up the stairs is the three bedrooms and main bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms have comfy double beds and the third has a roomy single. All bedrooms have storage for belongings and plush bedding for a great night sleep.
The main bathroom has a bath with over head shower, basin & wc.
As your stay is self catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We do also supply toilet roll. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
The house is located in central Redcar which makes the location the perfect area for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

The location makes it easy to get to surrounding towns such as Guisborough, Saltburn, Stockton, Stokesley, Yarm, Billingham & Hartlepool. Close by to the North Yorkshire Moors and Whitby.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
