The living and dining room is spacious, bright and inviting, providing the ideal space for moments of socialising and relaxation with family or friends.
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms with double beds, all en suite with shower, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. There is also a fifth spacious bedroom, with two double beds and two single beds, also en suite with shower, designed to accommodate larger groups with total comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a modern and functional space for preparing meals, with practical access to the outside.
The leisure area features a snooker table, a table tennis table and a foosball table, providing entertainment options for all ages.
Outside, the magnificent private pool stands out, a heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by landscaped areas. The space also includes a pool bar with integrated BBQ and a pool support toilet, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxed moments.
