Our space has 3 beds, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, an outside garden area and off road parking in a quiet tree lined surrounding.
The space
Cru Haus really has the WOW factor but is equally practical & welcoming too. We are on the second floor with full lift access by the main doors, stunning open-plan living / dining / kitchen area, 22 foot high ceilings, off road parking and the private garden space after a long day at work or exploring the beautiful Suffolk countryside.

The accommodation is accessed via an entrance porch which in turn leads to the impressive open-plan living/dining/kitchen space. This room has a south-facing aspect with two impressive sash windows flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen area has a range of cupboards stocked with all your essential crockery and there is an integrated gas hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave.

The first floor mezzanine boasts the master bedroom with a luxury super king bed & study area in a spacious 27 square foot loft space overlooking the living room & kitchen space.

There are a further two double bedrooms on the ground floor located to the rear of the property, one of these is en-suite with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. The second bedroom is next to the main bathroom just feet away comprising a basin, WC and full bath tub.

On the ground floor there is a utility room which has an integrated washing machine / tumble dryer and essentials to use during your stay.

The property is situated on the much favoured East side of the town. There are a range of local shops & amenities within walking distance including a children's play area. There is easy access to the A12 / A14 and town centre, along with its mainline railway station (only 2.1 miles away) and Derby Road 0.5 miles away.

Ipswich Hospital, Rushmere & Purdis golf courses are also very close by.
