Casa Canda is a beautiful, well appointed, 2 bedroom cottage located in the quiet seaside village of Praia da Luz. It has sea views. Only 250m (200m as the crow flies) from the beautiful sandy beach of Praia da Luz. Restaurants, shops and 2 excellent supermarkets are within easy walking distance. To the front (south) it has a private pool with terrace, bridge and water feature. To the rear it has a private terraced area for car parking. The cottage is maintained to a high standard. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower-room. There is a separate family bathroom. Patio doors lead to terrace, sunbeds and pool. On the upper floor, a nice sized lounge/dining room with patio doors out to balcony and patio furniture/BBQ. The kitchen is contemporary and includes granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a wall mounted TV and beautiful log fire. Electric heaters are provided for winter lets. Logs may be purchased for the contemporary log burner. 3 golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive.
