The house is situated in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle found in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 140 m² habitable.
The various terraces of the house provide both sun and shade areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located just in front of the main terrace where fantastic dinners can be enjoyed with wonderful views.
Once inside the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 metres to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct atmosphere.
