arking is Monday till Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Maximum stay is 4 hours. Its pay by phone or pay at the machine and it is £3.10 per hour. It is free parking Saturday and Sunday in pay and display areas only. Please note: A parking space is not guaranteed.

Alternative parking is Pitt Street (3 mins walk to property) free street parking. Or Prince Regent Street between those 2 shops from A901, (see video instruction). Please bare in mind spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee a parking space.

Summary: On booking this apartment, the photos on the website led us to believe that, where we were going to stay, was “lovely and modern” with cosy furnishings. The reality was less appealing. Access to the property is via a keysafe. The key to the communal door did not always work and we had to buzz other tenants to let us in. The apartment is on the first floor, up two flights of concrete steps. The kitchen was very clean and modern but was very poorly equipped and only had 2 teaspoons, 2 forks, 2 champagne flutes but no wine glasses (so we ended up buying 2) and this apartment is advertised for 4 people! The bathroom was also very clean and modern but the waterfall shower did not work. The lounge was the biggest disappointment in comparison to the photos. There were no cosy cushions or throws and the sofa was not the same. There was a folded Z-bed behind a non-working lamp and 4 kitchen bar stools lined up against one wall, but only 1 of these at a time would fit under what purported to be a breakfast bar. The view from the windows was of a litter-strewn park and the noise from the traffic below made opening them impossible. The bedroom was also a disappointment. There was very little storage space so my partner lived out of her suitcase for the week. We both agreed that the bed was the worst one we had ever slept in. Very thin mattress where every spring could be felt. Location however is great for buses and trams and close to Ocean Terminal.
