The Space:
Wonderful holiday home in a quiet little complex with a communal pool.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher); the internal staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (one of them with air conditioning; both with ceiling fans and bathroom en-suite).
The house is ideal for a family holiday. You can start the day on the terrace, in the solarium on the roof or on the balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The complex is well maintained and perfect for children to play. For the adults there is a beautiful swimming pool to relax in right in front of the terrace and for the little ones there is a children's pool to splash around in. There is a parking space right next to the house.
The terrace invites you to have breakfast, eat and sunbathe outdoors. Inside, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and dishes. A ceramic hob and an extractor hood ensure a pleasant cooking experience.
In the living room there is a TV with satellite as well as radio and television reception via fiber optic. Free WiFi is available in the house. A washing machine and an iron are also available.
For colder winter days there is a stove in the living room for a cozy fire, although it can also be heated with air conditioning. There is also a stair lift from the ground floor to the upper floor for tenants with physical disabilities.
Keeping dogs is not permitted.
