Villa Estrellita is a very spacious private detached holiday rental villa arranged on two independent levels, ground floor and 1st floor, (access to 1st floor is via an outside staircase) situated in a quiet residential area of Moraira.
The villa sleeps up to 7 guests in total. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, plus a further 2 separate cloakrooms. Facilities include a large, private 8m x 4m swimming pool on a flat terrace. There is air-conditioning, in all bedrooms and both lounges, free strong fast wifi throughout and private gated parking for several cars. The property is located just 1 km from Moraira town and beach, restaurants and bars and picturesque El Portet beach.
On the first floor, via an outside staircase, there is separate glazed in naya dining room and a large open plan lounge enjoying stunning views of the Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock)
The lounge offers a large comfortable sofa and two armchair suite, flat screen TV offering UK channels via Freesat and login access for those guests with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. DVD/BluRay player. The dining area with large table and chairs has further panoramic views and pool views. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with a range of eye and base level units, incorporating a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and coffee maker. Also incorporated on this floor is a large bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite. There is also a single bedroom and a separate cloakroom. Access to the pool is via the outside staircase.
On the ground floor there is an open naya (terrace) with luxurious outdoor sofa and chairs, perfect for evening drinks overlooking the private pool! Inside, you will find a lounge/dining room which flat screen TV offering UK channels via Freesat and login access for those guests with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. DVD/BluRay player. It consists of 2 large comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. There is also an open plan modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven. Also incorporated on this floor are 2 large double bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom.
You can gain access to the large garden, pool and terraces from the ground floor of the villa. The pool area comes fully equipped with an outside shower, sun loungers, free pool/beach towels, parasols, various tables and chairs for all your al fresco dining. Petanque (boules) is situated at the rear of the garden.
The separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the property.
NB although the property has a brick-built barbeque, open flame barbecues are against the law during the months of July and August in this area. Please do not use the open flame barbeque during July & August.
