The villa is very well equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV (Astra), hi-fi system with CD player and Wi-Fi, so that holiday guests can enjoy their stay in a comfortable atmosphere. Gas central heating is available for the colder months. On the first floor there is a small closed gallery with a view to the sea.
In front of the terrace is the 9 x 5 metre crystal-clear pool with BBQ, sun loungers and garden furniture. The property is completely fenced. The well-kept garden is divided into different areas. In front of the pool there is a lawn area, to the right of the house there is a children's playground with sandpit, seesaw, swing and slide and an orchard to the left of the house with lemon and orange trees.
