This newly-built holiday resort opens its doors in 2014 and can be booked from 16.04.2014. It is located in Guia-Albufeira in the Algarve, with direct access to the beach of Salgados, situated on the Salgados golf course. The "Lagoon Nature Reserve" is located in the immediate vicinity.
The villas are designed in cool colours, have modern and stylish furnishings, and their windows reach from floor to ceiling. Waiting for you are king-sized beds, large single beds and double sofa beds - ideal for adults and families. You will find a private pool in the outdoor area.
The villas are located in a separate area of the holiday resort and offer two separate bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a king-size bed or two large, separate single beds - perfect for groups of adults and families. In addition, the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and some have their own balcony. On the ground floor is a huge, bright living area, furnished with a long table plus seating, and a living room with a sofa suite. The large, modern kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled. Stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board - you can find all of this in your luxury accommodation. The villas are air-conditioned and have a full HD flat screen.
A door leads from the large lounge area to a private wooden terrace with its own pool. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. Two underground parking spaces are available to you.
Please note: the Villas are available on a self-catering basis only, and therefore no other services are available, rather than the reception (open from 9am to 6pm) and cleaning twice a week.
