Summary: Here is a summary of the issues we had:Miguel was on holiday so a young woman met us with the keys at the main door downstairs. She advised that we had to pay 100 euro deposit before she would give us the keys and then she left. We were not shown around the flat. In hindsight it should have been the other way around! The blind in the main bedroom was broken and fell to the floor as soon as I pulled the cord to lower it. It remained broken for the entire stay despite reassurances it would be repaired. This meant we could not access the main terrace without going through other bedrooms.The water tank had not been turned on so on the first day we had to have cold showers. After we had worked out how to turn the boiler on the water did not get very hot so often people had cold showers. Questions about how to make the water hotter went unanswered.There was no kettle to boil water for hot drinks so we had to use a pan.The hot tub was filthy so not usable. I had assumed this was the reason we had to pay extra for electricity as I have never been asked for this before.Outdoor furniture was not in good condition as it has been left exposed to the elements. The oven is very old and often when we used it it caused the power to trip out.There are two bathrooms but only the en-suite has a shower so we had to share it. The shower head is not fixed properly. The water was not hot enough to run a bath but you wouldn't want to use the bath even if it did get hotter
