The flat has a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath, kitchen with serving hatch to the dining room, 2 balconies, total area approx. 75 square metres.

The complex has 2 swimming pools and a large garden. You have a wonderful view of the directly neighbouring beautifully laid out golf course "La Serena Golf" where golf enthusiasts can also play for a fee. The complex is very quiet, just like the town itself, which is not yet overcrowded with tourists.
You can relax in the sun on the 5 km long sandy beach and swim in the gently sloping "Mar Menor". It is particularly suitable for children, as you can go in very far and still only reach a water depth of 50cm. Kitesurfing, boating and other water sports are on offer.
The weather is very nice all year round, in winter it is rarely below 15 degrees during the day. By March, temperatures are already above 30 degrees and this continues into the autumn.
