Positive: We had a lovely stay at Heyford House during our visit to Blenheim Palace and the Christmas markets in Oxfordshire. We stayed in a spacious king room, which was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and beautiful views overlooking the church and gardens. The bathroom was gorgeous, too, with a lovely, large, spacious walk-in shower. The location was peaceful and quiet, well away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, which made it perfect for switching off and relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight — we were given a great choice from the breakfast menu, of which we opted for the full English, and the homemade bread was excellent. You can tell a lot of care goes into it. Leo, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. We had some great chats with him, which made the stay feel personal and homely. The price for our two-night stay was very affordable for the quality and comfort you get. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Heyford House to anyone looking for a relaxed, comfortable place to stay in Oxfordshire.
