The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Hermosa is a modern and secluded villa situated in La Fustera by Benissa coast, where you can find a supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance together with the “ Fustera” beach. The villa enjoys a convenient and peaceful area only 15 Min. drive from Moraira and Calpe, two major hotspots for everyone in search of refined and sun-filled holidays
Villa Hermosa´s drive offers parking spots for 3 cars, from there, we get welcomed by a little pathway surrounded by a beautiful subtle garden leading towards the entrance of the villa. We walk around the villa to find a spacious terrace on the other side, a private swimming pool encompassed by balustrades, a variety of sun patios and a seating area with a BBQ.
The villa is a two-story holiday home connected with internal stairs and equipped with central heating and Air conditioning. We enter through the bottom floor where we find a small lounge with Sat+TV+DVD and a fridge. On this level, we have 1 double bedroom with En-Suite bathroom and another twin bedroom with a shower, both equipped with A/C.
The stairs lead up to the top floor where a cozy living/dining area and an open kitchen welcome us. The living area leads to the covered terrace with a dining table overlooking the pool area. We find 3 bedrooms on this floor. 1 double and another twin bedroom with A/C sharing a shower room. Finally, we have a last double bedroom equipped with A/C and its own En-Suite bathroom.
