Situated on the hill overlooking the sea at Lynmouth in North Devon is Harbour View, a beautiful, newly renovated two bedroom holiday apartment, which can comfortably sleep up to four. The dog friendly, second floor apartment is split of two floors and enjoys some wonderful views over the Bristol Channel and Lynmouth Harbour.
This cosy, family and couple friendly holiday home by the sea has an open plan living area, which features a comfy lounge with a sofa, a smart TV and a wood burning stove, a dining area with table to seat four and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a wide range of appliances, including an electric hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. French doors open out onto a balcony where there is a small table and chairs for alfresco dinners or just enjoying the views.
There are two good sized bedrooms at Harbour View. The first bedroom is the Master and features a king-size double bed and a roll top bath with sea views, it also benefits from an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has zip and link beds, which allow it on request to either be set up as a king-size double or a twin with two single beds; this bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. A handy cloakroom with wash basin and WC is located near the living area.
Each apartment has its own designated car parking space and guests staying onsite have access to a private pathway, which leads from the apartment building down to the village of Lynmouth where you will find a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as several small souvenir shops, there is also easy access to the South West Coast Path and Lynmouth's small pebbly beach.
