Newington Green, the hidden gem between the borders of Hackney and Islington, has finally gained the popularity it deserves after many years. With a growing collection of artisanal restaurants, cafes, pubs and boutiques opening one after another, the once ‘no-go- area’ is already rapidly changing. Stoke Newington’s boutiques are also in strolling distance, and buses run direct to Oxford Street.
Clissold Park is the perfect place for a day out with the kids - there's animal enclosures, a lovely café and lakes to explore.
You have all of the amenities of the Green on your doorstep with Angel, Islington in one direction and Dalston in the other, loads of fun places to eat, drink, shop and enjoy.

Heathrow Airport is 45-mins drive from the apartment.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
