Positive: Straight forward instructions. The location was great. The size of the rooms were huge. Facilities were suitable for a one night or short stay.

Negative: The shower in the bathroom was terrible. No hot water mostly and then on occasion, no water at all. Not sure if there is a water pressure issue with rooms higher up in the building. We only stayed one night and had back to back plans, so didn't have time to report it or want to wait for someone to come rectify it. I'm sure if we reported it, someone would come to look at it for us, but we didn't have time or cared too much. We were hitting the fringe festival and a teeny few mins in the shower was fine.
