The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a double bunk. Both are very comfortable. It has an open living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons and access to the nice terrace. Here you can have breakfast or a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sea views and a quiet environment.
It is located in the best private residential estate of Gran Alacant with a swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. It is only 150m from the main street Avenida del Mediterráneo where you can find nice cafés and restaurants, a supermarket and 24 hour store, banks, etc.

The residential estate has a nice swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. There are plenty of parking possibilities in front of the bungalow (outside the residential estate). There is free wi-fi available, but don't forget you are here on holidays!
