Apartment in a perfect location VERY close to bars, golf courses and the sea. located on the first floor in a gated complex with a terrace overlooking the surrounding garden and quiet pool area.
The apartment consists of an American style kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with a flat screen TV with all languages, two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
The living room opens up out to the terrace facing the inner yard of the complex. Out here there is a table for two people. The terrace is facing straight south which means sunshine all day long.
The apartment also has AC in the lounge, ceiling fans in every room, wifi included, TV with radio, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker bed linen and towels supplied, etc.
Right across the street (about 50 m from the apartment door.) you find both Villamartin Plaza and Villamartin golf course. The Plaza is a very popular meeting place for people who want to have a nice dinner or just visit one of the many bars or cafes. You can find about 30 restaurants, bars and cafes here, just 100m from the apartment. It also contains a supermarket, a dentist and many other smaller stores and services.
Villamartin golf course is also a very popular and well known golf course with a good mix of both challenging holes and beautiful views. If this isn’t enough you have two more great course within a five minute car drive (Campoamor and Las Ramblas) And if this still isn’t enough you have about 10 more courses within a 25 km radius. Even with all of these services and attractions just around the corner the apartment and terrace is extremely calm and quiet since it is facing the pool inside the community.
As mentioned there is a community pool shared by the 14 apartments in the block. It has a child section that is divided from the bigger pool which is about 2 meters at its deepest point. The pool is usually very quiet with almost no people using it which gives it a more private feel than many others. If you are more of a beach person you are not out of luck! Within a 10 minute drive you can reach the local beaches. Just find your personal favorite and you are all set.
If you like shopping you are also in a perfect spot. 3 km south of Villamartin you will find Zenia Boulevard with about 150 shops with everything you can wish for and also several good restaurants.
There is also a lot of weekly markets in the area if that is something you enjoy.
A car is recommended if you plan to go sightseeing or beach hopping, If you decide not to have a car there is a taxi stand and a bus stop just outside the apartment ready to transport you pretty much wherever you want to go, you will also find electric scooters to hire.
The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.
