It's centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks and 15 restaurants, etc. All your amenities are at your doorstep and a 15 minute walk to the beach or a larger commercial area.
The apartment has a light filled kitchen with everything you need to make a beautiful meal to enjoy on the lovely relaxing balcony, a comfortable lounge with great views and satellite TV, luxury finishings, marble floors, induction, fireplace... and stylish decor. Your bedroom has built ins and drawers so you can settle in nicely.
