We would like to present you our holiday flat situated frontline golf in Elviria Hills, Marbella, only 5 minutes drive from the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Furthermore in only 15 minutes by car you can be in Marbella centre and in 25 minutes in Puerto Banus.
The flat is built on one floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace of 15 m2.
The living/dining room has a living room decorated with a sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV; in the dining room there is a beautiful long wooden table with seating for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully furnished with the best appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. and equipped with all the necessary utensils for the guest's daily life, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware.
The master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe is en suite, the bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower and double washbasin.
The two guest bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes; one of them has a double bed and the other two single beds.
The second bathroom is complete and has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
The terrace is adjacent to the living room and has incredible sea views, it is equipped with an outdoor dining table, dining chairs and relax chairs, and there is also a small bench perfect for reading.
The flat has extras such as air conditioning, heating, WIFI and a parking space, we also provide bed linen and bath towels so you don't have to worry about anything and just enjoy your holiday.
In the urbanisation you can enjoy the two communal swimming pools, the golf course with driving range and a community centre with gym, sauna, massage room and tennis court, this last one has an additional charge and you can choose between a daily, weekly or monthly ticket.
Also in the urbanisation is the restaurant "El Lago". At lunch time it is a normal restaurant and in the evening it becomes a Michelin star restaurant.
