Positive: Great location. Spaceous apartment. Lovely views over the golf course and Fistral. Clean apartment. Comfy beds and large bedrooms. Good balconies.

Negative: No outdoor shower/washing facilities for rinsing off the sand and wetsuits out, after a day at the beach. This is a big oversight for an apartment being rented out to people who most likely go there to surf at Fistral. A couple of more minor points. The main bathroom shower valve diverter was not working great and the main ensuite shower was a bit small for the apartment quality and the shower head was stuck on the rail, so it's height couldn't be altered.
