Positive: Excellent location in Henley, 10-15 minutes walk into this beautiful town with one route beside the River Thames and the park. The road which the house was on was nothing special but quiet in the evenings. The living room was cosy and the kitchen diner and bedrooms were spacious. Please note the bathroom is downstairs. The house was beautifully clean, with lovely simple furniture and perhaps new contents for the kitchen.

Negative: On arrival there was a notice on either side of the front door telling us where NOT to part. This was really unwelcoming and said if we didn't comply we'd be fined.. This notice simply needed to say where we DID need to park i.e. next to the railings. A diagram was also needed because as a visitor we couldn't work out the routes needed by neighbours to pass and other vehicles weren't parked complying with the needs of neighbours either so that was no guide. Anyway, a patient neighbour did knock and explained, the other vehicle moved and as far as we know we haven't been fined but this needs to be managed better and thankfully we only had one car. A difficult start when we were visiting for a funeral.

Summary: No Ferns, no Farm but a lovely house.
