Wonderful luxury Villa with fantastic sea view and close to various beaches. The Villa is on a dead end road within walking distance to the sea (Cala Advocat), between Moraira and Calpe. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops are just minutes by car. The Villa has an electric gate which guarantees safety and complete privacy. Within the gate there is parking for 2 cars. Built on 2 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. That makes this Villa very suitable for 2 families or a group of friends of 10 people in total. Grandpa, grandma with children and grandchildren also have a great holiday. For the little ones we also have 2 baby beds and high chairs so that the total can be 12 people. On the upper terrass you find the sauna and a marvelous jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The Villa is not rented separately, so only as a group of people who know each other. The lower terrace has a large swimming pool (50 m2) which is heated in the wintermonths when necessary. Then it always has a comfortable 25°C watertemperature. It also has easy walk-in steps and a hot / cold water outside shower. The garden with beautiful palm trees, citrus trees, cypresses and other botanical plants also gives access to the sauna. On the ground floor is a large naya (covered terrace) and outside kitchen. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and a wine & dine during balmy summer evenings. The Barbecues (gas and charcoal) can be used here for the delicious Spanish "Solomillo" or delicious pollo'tje.
