The Kingfisher offers three double sized bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto a balcony, the second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom has a WC, walk in shower and vanity unit with shaver point.
Kitchen/dining room is fully fitted, oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron.
The lounge has a three piece suite, TV, DVD player, and patio doors onto private patio with furniture. There is also a second WC and wash hand basin on the same level as the lounge.

We are closely located to The New Forest, adorned with its old inns and market towns, all just a 10 minute drive away.
All the houses offer excellent facilities and good sized bedrooms, all have patio doors leading onto balconies from the master bedrooms and also patio doors from the comfy lounges, leading out to the well kept garden area for guests to relax in with a seating area to enjoy the sunny Dorset weather and the activity on the River.
In the kitchen guests will be provided with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space and utensils. The bathrooms are fully tiled with a walk in shower, toilet sink, vanity unit and towel rail.
The houses are suitable for families, couples and senior citizens.
