Positive: Rural location close to Whitby and family

Negative: Small uncomfortable bed, air handling unit outside noisy meaning anyone sleeping in the other bedroom would hear the constant droning all night. No hot water Christmas day but as I'm a heating engineer I managed to get it back on. Small TV in lounge seeing as there is nothing else to do in the evening. Torch essential if going out in the evening. Overall the property just feels in need of a good makeover and updating. As well as a really good clean. A lot of the utensils were dirty so first thing was a full dishwasher load to go on before we could use them! Definitely wouldn't return.
