Eden Sun, as the name suggests, is located at a low altitude in one of the warmest parts of the island, and enjoys full sun from sunrise to sunset. It has an absolutely magnificent ocean view with a full panorama from East to West. It is a modern, bright spacious villa with open plan living areas and large floor to ceiling sliding glass windows to take full advantage of the fabulous view.
Prazeres is in a beautiful quiet area, and this rural villa is located below the town in a no through road with very little traffic. It's an ideal spot for getting away from it all and exploring Madeira. The popular beach at Calheta is 10 minutes away and offers safe swimming, scuba diving, fishing and boat trips. Mountains, levadas, the North and East coast are all easily reached by car. Prazeres itself, being less of a tourist spot than many towns, has several excellent, genuine family run restaurants as well as a small supermarket. This is the real Madeira!
Eden Sun was built in 2016 to an outstanding specification. In the villa, the living spaces are large, bright and air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can easily prepare your own snacks, drinks and meals. There is a utility room for washing and drying clothes, and a separate downstairs toilet.
Upstairs, all the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, air conditioned and well equipped. The first bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. These rooms enjoy stunning sea views and has a first floor balcony with the same spectacular view as the pool patio. Here you can enjoy an early morning coffee as the sun rises, or an evening nightcap under moon and the stars.
The pool patio is large and secluded, with plenty of space to sit, lounge, eat or enjoy a glass of wine, and of course has that spectacular view. The blue tiled salted pool can optionally be heated in the winter with an extra cost. The traditional barbecue has plenty of space around it, so you can chat to friends while cooking.
