The Trull (olive mill in Catalan) is an ecological refuge immersed in the countryside 10 minutes by car from the beach, with a fireplace for the winter and a private pool for summer.
The views of the vineyards and its strategic location with total privacy (without adjacent houses) will make this a truly unique experience.
The house is ideal for couples: an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and four terraces, (one of them with a private pool) and a bedroom on the second floor.
The Trull was originally a stone mill, and has been completely renovated preserving the old elements and paying great attention to detail.
Thanks to solar energy, the Trull meets modern comfort requirements (lighting, refrigerator, wood stove, running water, hot water, mobile coverage ...)
The energy of the Trull is generated by photovoltaic plates installed in the slope of the mountain which provide the necessary energy for the internal uses of the house, pool pump, water heater, lighting. For water pumping, it has a generator set that extracts from its own well at 90 m depth.
This is a unique place and it is not for everyone. It is a rustic-ecological space renovated and in its best version, but at the same time totally immersed in nature. Please read carefully.
