Eastbourne Views could not be more centrally located! This property enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of the town. Only five minutes walk to the Devonshire Park Tennis and Towner Art Gallery and a short stroll to the towns beaches. Occupying the whole of the 1st floor of this traditional villa the apartment is light, airy and very spacious with many original features. Having also recently been redecorated and a new modern bathroom fitted.
A few outside steps lead guests up to the communal front door. Inside a further set of stairs take you to your own entrance of this 1st floor apartment
Once inside, guests love the sense of space that they will find in all of the rooms, including the very spacious and light living and dining room. This makes a delightful place to relax after exploring Eastbourne, with its floor-to-ceiling bay windows, comfortable seating, and flat screen TV. Situated in the bay windows, there is a dining table, from which guests can enjoy views over Eastbourne.
