Unit 208 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located at the Cove at Sandy Pointe. Under new ownership, many home improvements have been completed in the Fall of 2023 including new floors, furniture, small kitchen appliances and overall home décor.
This secluded complex is conveniently located in the center of the island near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed but there are two designated covered parking spaces and shared guest parking available as well. The complex includes a large, heated pool for easy access. Enjoy views of the pool and the mangroves from your private lanai.
This unit sleeps up to six guests offering a king size bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. There are Smart TV’s located in each bedroom as well as the living room. There is a 42” television in the living room and master bedroom and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. The bedrooms have ample closet space and ceiling fans. There is also a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the fully stocked kitchen. A private storage room located in the parking garage contains beach chairs and umbrella, beach wagon, and a large rolling cooler making trips to the beach seamless.
The Cove at Sandy Pointe is a one-week minimum rental.
