A lovely apartment in a very popular area with good sized accommodation and sea views.. All on the first floor.
Living room/kitchen: With Freeview Smart TV, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and doors leading to balcony.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With double shower, and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under the age of 12 years old.. 9 Waterwheel Apartment offers guests good sized modern accommodation with great views over the waterwheel and coastline beyond. The apartment is on the first floor and has an open plan living/kitchen area. From the living area there is a pleasant balcony that enjoys the great views whilst the well-equipped kitchen has all a guest would need including an electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, clothes storage and en-suite shower room, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds and clothes storage. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin, as well as a heated towel rail. Outside there are well maintained gardens and an allocated parking space.

As well as the shops, pubs and restaurants, Charlestown has a safe beach and pleasant walks whilst being only a short drive from the market town of St Austell. St Austell itself has a wide range of amenities including local and high street shops, banks and supermarkets whilst within only a few miles there is a wide range of activities to enjoy including the arears many beaches and countryside walks and family friendly attractions such as the world famous Eden Project.
