This beautiful house is an early 1900's semi detached residence situated approx 5 minutes from junction 26, M1, and the birth place of DH Lawrence. The property is situated on a quiet residential street and has parking further along the street and a convenience store, 5 mins walk.

The house has 3 bedrooms where the beds in the large bedrooms can be configured to suit either 2 singles or 1 king size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed.
