Positive: Our experience at this apartment was positive overall. While it's not located in the heart of Valencia, the metro station is nearby, making getting around quite convenient. Plus, having a supermarket right across the street was a huge bonus. The customer support was exceptional, even before our arrival. They responded quickly, including late at night. Unfortunately, we had a minor electrical issue, but they were on it right away, despite it being 10 PM. Our group of 15 was divided into two apartments, and the keyless entry system was a real convenience, allowing everyone to come and go independently.

Negative: While there was only one bathroom in each apartment, which could get busy with 8 people (though we were aware of this beforehand), the apartments were generally well-equipped. A dishwasher and a toaster would be nice additions, but otherwise, we had everything we needed. The apartments only have windows on one side, but this didn't cause any issues as they were still well-ventilated.
