Situated in the heart of beautiful Marlow, this modern four bedroom house is the perfect place for groups of friends/family looking for a luxurious break in the riverside town. Marlow’s vibrant restaurants, buzzy bars and quaint shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. The house benefits from a private garden and free private parking . This newly-built home has been kitted out with the best appliances and most luxurious furnishings to ensure a wonderful and comfortable stay. Situated over three floors, the house boasts 4 plush and luxurious bedrooms, including:
A stunning master bedroom: Located on the private top floor of the house, this sprawling room with queen-size bed has a lovely ensuite bathroom and open wardrobe space.
Second Bedroom: Next to the master bedroom, this smaller room is a cosy space with a double bed.
Third Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds and its own en-suite.
Fourth Bedroom: A large room with a queen-size bed.
The ground floor boasts a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, making it the perfect spot for lazy brunches and socialising with friends and family. There is also a spacious lounge, which opens up onto the private courtyard garden. You’ll also find a toilet and utilities room (complete with washer/dryer) on the ground floor.
The house offers very easy access for our guests with (INSERT NUMBER) private parking spaces (Two Cars) right outside the door, as well as fast and reliable WI-FI and central heating.
The bustling town of Marlow is literally on your doorstep, with local restaurants, bars and shops just a stone’s throw from the property. Local attractions, including Higginson Park and the River Thames, are just a 10-minute walk away, making this the ideal spot for family or friends’ weekends away.

The Hand & Flowers: Tom Kerridge’s pub is the the first ever to receive two Michelin stars and serves up exceptional grub with fantastic service in the cosiest surroundings. If you’d prefer something more low-key, his more casual establishments, The Coach or The Butcher’s Tap, are worth a visit.
Higginson Park: A sprawling park next to the River Thames offers acres of greenland to mooch and explore - the kids will love it.
Rebellion Brewery: If you’re of cask ale, pop in to sample some and take home your own supply. Every first Tuesday of the month sees an evening of tours and tastings straight from the tap.
Soak up the high street’s history: Visit Marlow museum and amble up and down the high street soaking up its history.
Take a riverside walk: Take a walk across the iconic Marlow Bridge and amble down the 184-mile trail next to the Thames upriver towards Henley or down to Maidenhead.
Shop til you drop: The high street boasts plentiful boutiques, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to while away the day.

Getting Around:
The property is located a stone’s throw from Marlow high street and all of the town’s amenities can be reached on foot. Marlow train station is a ten minute walk with hourly trains to Maidenhead, whilst High Wycombe Station is a 15 minute drive. Windsor is a 25-minute drive away and Oxford is a 45-minute drive.
