Welcome to our holiday home in Costabella, just a 10-minute drive from the old town of Marbella and a 15-minute drive to Puerto Banús.
Costabella is well known for its good beach restaurants and sandy beaches.
This very nicely decorated vacation home is within walking distance to many beach restaurants, supermarkets and shops, so a car is not needed.
There are also many golf courses, such as Santa Clara or Rio Real within a 5 minute drive, perfect location!
The villa is built on one level. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a spacious living room and a dining room with a brand new open kitchen with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views of the garden and pool.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is en-suite. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together into a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
In the living room there is an additional sofa bed.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
You also have in both bathrooms a hair dryer.
We provide bath towels and sheets for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items to Villa Keka.
The villa has air conditioning, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.
At the entrance you have the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living room with direct access to the covered terrace which has an outdoor table with enough space for a relaxed night for 8-10 people. There is also a large roof terrace with an outdoor sofa and a pergola with beautiful sea views, to enjoy the evenings outdoors.
There is also WIFI available in all rooms.
The dining room is equipped with a table with 6 chairs. The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair and a coffee table.
There is a small laundry room outside in a separate house with a washer and dryer.
In addition, the rent includes a parking space with a garage.
